This is an exceptional office, all the staff is so great!I finally made the time to take care of my... teeth and zero regrets … I’m so happy with the job they done to me 😃 Dr Caputo and his assistants are just great. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Also, doctor Caputo calls you the very next day to check on you! It's been too long since my last cleaning, Tiffany was so kind and careful to not cause me discomfort. She constantly reassured me and asked about... my comfort. The good news is it never hurt.Rose handled my checkout and scheduling, they even submitted my claim to Delta Dental for reimbursement .What a nice experience! I'm glad I picked these guys.read more

The people were very nice. My issue is the billing here. All other dentist offices I have gone to with my insurance being in network or out of... network has not charged me what this office did. First I had to pay $60 for the office visit which any other time was free at my other out of network office. This was extremely upsetting to me because I am a single mother and my budget leaves me with $10 extra every month. I had to sell plasma to pay for this. Any ways, I was just going to let it go, but today I got a bill in the mail stating that I now owe them $220.40 more. I have no idea how I am going to pay for this and I am extremely disappointed!They called me to make this right. I think any business who cares enough about their customers to reach out and make things right is a good company and I really appreciate it.read more

I went here today with an abscess, and in a lot of pain! They fit me in within 1 hour. I was so nervous because who likes going to a dentist?!... BUT….the staff was AMAZING from the moment I walked in the door!! The place is beautiful inside and extremely clean! Dr. Caputo was absolutely awesome and kept me very calm! Explained what I would feel every step of the way!! Ty soooo much for making me feel comfortable , I will definitely be back, and send anyone who needs a dentist to you!read more

The Radiant Dentistry Team was awesome to work with from start to finish! Sheila was so helpful upon arrival and after we finished up the appointment... with follow up bookings! Kasha was extremely attentive to detail and thorough on my cleaning, she even took extra special care to not leave my gums bleeding! Dr. Caputo took time to discuss my treatment plan and ways to help prevent future issues with specific cleaning techniques. Overall it was great experience and would highly recommend.read more
